Unlike traditional hot water heaters, the TurboMax is designed to remain 100% efficient over many years. The turbulence of the heat transfer fluid prevents scaling on the copper coils, which is often responsible for the progressive decline in performance.
A 2-inch-thick layer of high-performance polyurethane insulation protects the TurboMax tank and its heat exchanger. Its HFC-free composition meets North American environmental standards.
Since it produces hot water instantly, the TurboMax requires no storage. As a result, the TurboMax takes up less space to produce the same amount of hot water as a traditional water heater
